Refund Policy
A clear, written commitment on fees, cancellations and refunds.
What this means for you
Cooling-off period
Full refund if you withdraw within 7 days of batch commencement and have attended no more than 3 sessions.
Partial refunds
Between day 8 and day 21, 50% of the paid fee is refundable, less any issued material costs.
After day 21
No refund is available, but you may defer once to a later batch at no extra cost.
Demo classes
Demo sessions are free and carry no payment obligation.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
How to request
Email admissions@techvistaglobal.net with your enrolment ID and reason for withdrawal.
